Pneumatic fittings is a group of products used to assemble, create and operate various pneumatic installations.

Pneumatic fittings are a product of the highest quality with a modern design. Pneumatic couplings are widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, processing and founding industries. Pneumatic fittings threaded is irreplaceable in the construction of machines and industrial installations.

Pneumatic fittings - its components:

Car repair shops, production plants (operating in industries such as the chemical, food, metallurgical or pharmaceutical industries), greenhouses, mines and health care facilities. These are just some of the places where efficient and efficient pneumatic installations are necessary. However, their creation requires the use of appropriate elements. One of the highlights is for sure pneumatic fittings. The selection should be carefully considered, because its quality affects not only the durability and efficiency of the installation, but also the appearance of the rooms in which it will work - and this is sometimes of great importance.

Pneumatic fittings available in our store are the highest quality products, made of materials carefully selected for this application. These are mainly brass (including galvanized: chromed and nickel-plated) and stainless steel. The latter material is used primarily where increased resistance to unfavorable factors typical for aggressive environments is required: primarily high temperatures and corrosion. Some elements are also made of plastic.

Among the elements of pneumatic fittings available in our offer, the following groups can be distinguished:

  • pneumatic fittings: they can be made of plastic (technopolymer push-in fittings, assembly of which is possible without the use of any tools) or metal (screwed). Our store offers its customers fittings in various forms - including straight, angular and tees;

  • distributors: they allow the air stream to be split into two, three, four, five or six streams;

  • high pressure fittings: intended for use in installations working with medium under high pressure - up to 150 bar;

  • pneumatic quick couplers: they enable quick connection and disconnection of individual system components. Our offer includes quick couplings in various sizes and forms (including manifolds);

  • hose sticks: they allow for convenient and safe attachment of hoses to individual elements of the installation;

  • noise silencers: compressed air entering the atmosphere produces a loud noise, generating a lot of noise in large installations. In order to reduce it, silencers installed at the manifold outputs and in actuators will be helpful. This group includes a whole range of silencers, including flat silencers, sinter silencers, conical silencers, noise silencers with choke regulation, and polyethylene silencers;

  • check and throttle-check valves: Their task is to block the airflow from moving in a given direction and directing it in the opposite direction. This group includes plastic throttle check valves for a pneumatic actuator, throttle check valves for a valve, brass throttle check valves, and adjustable throttle valves;

  • function valves: This type of pneumatic fittings can be used in various ways. This group includes, among others, mini shut-off ball valves, stainless steel ball valves, flow regulators made of stainless steel, needle valves made of nickel-plated brass and stainless steel, quick drain valves;

  • connection strips: it is a specific type of separator that allows the air to be divided into up to 6 streams. They consist of several connectors, a plug and a plug, placed in one strip.
